Hello there, my name is Charlie/Creek! I'm a 21 year old pan and trans/nb guy (they/it/he) and I like to draw things!

I love drawing, playing video games, sewing and embroidery, watching cartoons, music, writing, and more! I'm also currently learning game development and working on two games, which makes up a lot of the art I'm making right now! Feel free to ask me about any of my many, many interests! :)

I have ADHD, depression, and OCD. I'm often very forgetful and scatterbrained, so please try to be patient with me if I take a while to respond to a message! Because of my forgetfulness, I tend to go for long stretches of time without posting anything so don't be alarmed if I don't post any art for months at a time! (I'm working on getting better at posting consistently)

  • What drawing equipment do you use?
    My program is Clip Studio Paint PRO version 2.0, and my tablet is a Gaomon IPS Pen Display PD1561!

  • Can I repost your art?
    No. My art is NEVER open for reposting, even if you credit me.

  • Can I use your art as an icon?
    If the art is of YOUR character and you give me credit anywhere you use it, then yes. Otherwise, no, my art is not available for use.

  • Can I use your art in an edit?
    No, please do not use my art in edits, even if you credit me.

  • Can I use your art as a reference?
    Yes, but please try not to reference too heavily to the point where you're flat out copying my art style.

  • Can I trace your art for practice?
    No, please don't trace my art for any reason, even if you don't plan on posting it anywhere.

  • Can I draw fanart for your fanfic(s)?
    Of course, I love seeing art of my stories! Please be sure to tag me so I can see it! :)

  • Can I draw fanart of your OC(s)?
    Absolutely!! Seeing other people draw my characters always makes me so happy! Please tag me so I can see it! (Within reason of course, please don't do anything like drawing NSFW of an underage OC.)

  • Do you take commissions?
    Yes I do! Check out my commission and TOS pages for more info and shoot me a message if you're interested in commissioning me!

  • Do you take requests?
    No, The only time I will take requests is if I specifically ask for them, or occasionally for close friends. Otherwise, please do not send me drawing requests.

  • What should I do if I see someone reposting or using your art?
    If you see my art being reposted, stolen, or used in any way, please message the person to let them know that my art is NOT available for use, and message me to let me know of it happening.

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission at any time. Any commissions that are cancelled after being started will be given a partial refund of 25% of the total cost of your commission.My commissions are for personal use only. I do not do commercial work at this time. Any commissioned artwork may be used as profile pictures or banners with credit, but may never be sold or in any way used to make profit. This includes fanart that is commissioned with the intent of using it to produce physical merchandise.My art is not to be edited or changed in any way. Any unfinished commission(s) are not to be finished after the commission transaction is completed. For example, commissioning a sketch from me and then lining and coloring it yourself is not allowed.All of the rights to my artwork belong to me. My art is never to be used to feed/teach an AI.I reserve the right to post any art I create to my social media(s) unless requested otherwise by the commissioner. I reserve the right to use any art I create in my portfolio.Any commissioned artwork will have a watermark. This watermark is not to be removed in any way for any reason. If for any reason you would like an unwatermarked version of a commission, please let me know this as you order the commission. I reserve the right to refuse to provide an unwatermarked version of a commission.Any use of my art as an icon or banner must give credit to me as the artist.My artwork is not to be reposted on any site, whether credit to me is provided or not. The only exception to this is reposting the commissioned artwork to a character's toyhou.se profile. If you repost my art to your character's toyhou.se profile, please credit me as an on-site artist. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior towards me during the commission process may result in your commission being refused or cancelled.Please be patient when waiting for updates on your commission. I usually share the progress on a commission as I finish each stage of work on it (sketch, lineart, flat colors, shading, etc.).I am willing to make small edits to a commission upon request.
